Welcome to IMGLoader. By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptable use

• You may only access, download, and/or transfer content that you already have access to on the platforms you connect, using the platforms’ official OAuth permissions you grant to this app.
• No scraping or automated access beyond official APIs is permitted. IMGLoader does not provide or endorse scraping, circumvention of technical measures, or violations of any platform’s Terms.
• You are solely responsible for your use, including compliance with platform policies/terms and any applicable laws.

Intellectual property

Media (including images and videos) may be protected by copyright or other rights owned by third parties. Downloading or transferring content does not confer ownership or a license beyond what is permitted by law and the relevant platform’s policies. Do not redistribute content unless you have the legal right to do so.

IMGLoader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinterest, Google, or DeviantArt. Names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

Privacy & security

We use official OAuth to access your connected platforms with your permission. Tokens are kept in secure cookies. Closing the tab may interrupt active downloads/transfers. For large exports, ZIP export artifacts may be stored temporarily in encrypted storage and automatically deleted after a short retention window. On supported browsers, you may optionally enable browser‑held key encryption for stored ZIP export artifacts. We do not sell user data, and we may store non-identifying aggregate usage metrics for reliability and cost reporting. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Rate limits & availability

We apply rate limits and download concurrency controls to protect the service and respect platform limits/quotas. Availability may vary, and jobs may be throttled or rejected during high load.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMGLoader and Halo Media Solutions, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or modify/terminate the service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
